Mission

Maipatupad ang angkop na mga polisiya, programa, proyekto at serbisyong panlipunan na nagdudulot ng proteksiyon sa mga Karapatan at sapat na pangangalaga sa bawat tao, pamilya at pamayanang kapuspalad at lantad sa anumang uri ng panganib at kapahamakan sa tatlumpu’t siyam (39) na bayan at dalawang (2) lungsod sa pamamagitan ng pakikipag-ugnayan at pakikipagtulungan sa iba pang ahensya ng pamahalaang nasyonal at lokal, pribadong organisasyon at mga samahan (NGOs at (POs) mula sa iba’t-ibang sektor ng lipunan.

Vision

Isang lipunan na kung saan ang bawat tao,pamilya at pamayanang kapus-palad at lantad sa anumang uri ng panganib at kapahamakan ay aktibong kumikilos upang matamasa ang matiwasay at maunlad na pamumuhay.

Organization’s Brief Description

To provide assistance to local government units, non-government organizations other national agencies, people’s organizations, and other member of civil society in effectively implementing programs, projects and services that will alleviate poverty and empower disadvantaged individuals, families and communities for an improved quality of life.
