PROVINCIAL INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY OFFICE

GENERAL FUNCTION MANDATE

• Maintenance of system information systems and its Network
• Create, maintain & update the official website of the province (https://quezon.gov.ph/)
• Update the information needed for transparency and accountability in government transactions pursuant to DILG Memorandum Circular Nos. 2010-83, s. 2010, and 20211 – 08, s 2011 on full Disclosure of Local Budget and Finances, and Bids and Public Offerings.
• Assist/Collaborate with other departments in creating Information System that will enhance their efficiency and productivity,
• Repair and maintains the IT equipmets of the Provincial Government.
• Recomment, evaluate and inspect the purchase of the latest software, computer parts and the computer literacy program of the Governor.
• Capture digital Pictures and Signature of new employees for ID
