Nalubog sa baha ang nasabing dalawang bayan dahil sa pagbuhos ng malakas na ulan dala ng bagyo, at dahil dito’y mabilis namang nagbigay aksyon ang Pamahalaang Panlalawigan sa tulong ng Office of Civil Defense (OCD) kung saan naihatid ang 1,000 packs na hygiene kits at relief goods para sa mga residente ng Brgy. Poblacion 2, Mulanay at Brgy. Madulao, Catanauan.

Bukod sa pamamahagi ng hygiene kits at relief goods, handog din sa mga apektadong residente ang libreng konsultasyon at libreng mga gamot.

Personal namang naghatid ng serbisyo sina Vice Governor Third Alcala, 3rd District Congressman Reynan Arrogancia, at ang panganay na anak ni Governor Doktora Helen Tan na si Doc Kim Tan.

Samantala, tuloy-tuloy pa rin ang pagsusumikap ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan upang mabigyan ng tugon ang pangangailangan ng mga Quezonian na naapektuhan ng Bagyong Kristine.
