Sa pakikipagbalikatan ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan sa Department of Education (DepEd) Division of Quezon, inilunsad ngayong araw ng Huwebes, Hulyo 27 ang proyektong KID BIBO sa Malinao Ilaya Elementary School, Atimonan Quezon.

Walang maiiwan, sama samang uunlad lalo’t higit sa antas ng edukasyon. Ito ay isa sa mga sinisikap ni Governor Doktora Helen Tan upang matutukan ang mga batang mag-aaral na nahihirapan sa kanilang pag-aaral.

Sa tulong ng mga kaguruan at pamunuan ng mga eskwelahan ng Atimonan Quezon, layon ng nasabing proyeto na maisasakatuparan ang serbisyong makakapag linang sa kaisipan ng mga kabataan.

Samantala, tinipon naman ni Governor Doktora Helen Tan ang mga batang nagsipagdalo upang basahan ng maiksing kwentong pinamagatang “Ang Bisikleta Ni Monmon” na isinulat ni Rebecca Añonueva at Iginuhit ni Jo Ann A. Bereber.

Ito’y isang paraan upang maiparamdam sa mga batang mag-aaral ng Atimonan at ng buong lalawigan na ang lahat ay handa ang pamahalaan sa pagbibigay tugon para sa kanilang kapakanan at pangangailangan sa edukasyon.

Meeting for Proposed SLEX Toll Road 5 Project | July 27, 2023

Nakipagpulong ngayong araw ng Huwebes, Hulyo 27 kay Governor Doktora Helen Tan ang pamunuan ng Philippine National Construction Corporation (PNCC) at San Miguel Corporation (SMC) Infrastructure upang alamin at dinggin ang proyektong naglalayon na mapadali ang paglalakbay ng ating mga biyaherong kalalawigan.

Ang nasabing Southern Luzon Expressway (SLEX) – Toll Road 5 (TR5) ay may habang 420 kilometers kung saan ang toll road nito ay mag-uumpisa sa Lucena City, Quezon hanggang sa Matnog, Sorsogon.

Dinaluhan naman ng ilang munipal mayors ang nasabing pulong upang alamin din ang patungkol sa pagpapatupad ng planong proyektong ito.

TYPHOON EGAY CONTINUES TO WEAKEN OVER THE LUZON STRAIT WEST OF BATANES

Location of Center (4:00AM)

The center of the eye of Typhoon EGAY was estimated based on all available data at 195 km West of Basco, Batanes (20.2°N, 120.1°E)

Intensity

Maximum sustained winds of 150km/h near the center,

gustiness of up to 185 km/h, and central pressure of 955 hPa

Present Movement

Northwestward at 15 km/h

Extent of Tropical Cyclone Winds

Strong to typhoon-force winds extend outwards up to 630 km from the center

The Southwest Monsoon enhanced by EGAY will continue to bring occasional to monsoon rains over the western portions of Central Luzon and Southern Luzon in the next three days

The enhanced Southwest Monsoon will continue to bring gusty conditions over the following areas not under any Wind Signal, especially in coastal and upland/mountainous areas exposed to winds:

• Today: Luzon and Western Visayas

• Tomorrow: Batanes, Ilocos Region, Zambales, Bataan, Cavite, the southern portion of Quezon, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, and Western Visayas

Under the influence of EGAY and the enhanced Southwest Monsoon, a Gale Warning is in effect over several coastal waters along the seaboards of Luzon.

The typhoon may exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) this morning or afternoon.

The center of the eye of Typhoon EGAY was estimated based on all available data at 95 km West Northwest of Calayan, Cagayan (19.5°N, 120.6°E)

Intensity

Maximum sustained winds of 165 km/h near the center,

gustiness of up to 230 km/h, and central pressure of 940 hPa

Present Movement

Northwestward at 15 km/h

Extent of Tropical Cyclone Winds

Strong to typhoon-force winds extend outwards up to 700 km from the center

The Southwest Monsoon enhanced by EGAY will continue to bring occasional to monsoon rains over the Southern Luzon in the next three days.

EGAY and the enhanced Southwest Monsoon will continue to bring gusty conditions over the following areas not under any Wind Signal, especially in coastal and upland/mountainous areas exposed to winds:

Ang programang AICS o Aid To Individuals in Crisis ay isa sa pangunahing handog na tulong para sa ating mga kalalawigan na nangangailangan kung kaya’t tuloy-tuloy ang pag-aabot nito.

Sa pagnanais naman na mas mapadali at organisado ang pagbibigay nito, ngayong araw ng Miyerkules, Hulyo 26 ay pinangunahan ni Governor Doktora Helen Tan ang opisyal na pakikipagbalikatan ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Quezon sa mga Third Party Services Providers gaya ng mga private hospitals, pharmacies, diagnostic centers, at funeral parlors.

Sa pamamagitan ng nasabing kasunduan, saan mang bahagi ng Quezon ang ating mga kalalawigan ay magiging madali na ang proseso at pagtanggap ng serbisyo’t tulong na kanilang kinakailangan.

Kung saan gagamitin na sa pamamaraan ng pagpapasa at pag-avail ng programang AICS ay ang online information system na dinivelop ng Provincial Information and Technology Office (PICTO) ang tinatawag na Quezon AICS System.

Dito ay may access ang pamahalaang panlalawigan at mga third party sevice provider na mamonitor ang mga kinakailangang tulong ng mga benepisyaryo, ito man ay Education, Transportation, Burial, Medical, o Subsistence Assistance.
