Ipinagpatuloy ngayong araw, Setyembre 11 ang talakayin sa Salient Features of Republic Act (RA) 10821, Formulation of Comprehensive Emergency Program for Children and Child-Friendly Spaces sa St. Jude Coop Hotel and Event Center, Tayabas City na dinaluhan ng 46 na kalahok.

Mas pinaigting at tinutukan ang usapin sa ikalawang araw ng nasabing pagsasanay ukol sa probisyon ng RA 10821 at ang pagbabalangkas sa paggawa ng Comprehensive Emergency Program for Children, CEPC Monitoring, Evaluation, and Report Mechanism at Child-Friendly Spaces para sa mga apektadong bata.

Magiliw na pinaunlakan ng Office of the Provincial Agriculturist sa pangunguna ni Dr. Liza Mariano ang pagtungo sa Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng mga kawani mula UPLB Department of Agribusiness Management and Entrepreneurship ngayong araw, Setyembre 11.

Ito’y upang isagawa ang Benchmarking Activity ng Best Agricultural Practices na matagumpay na isinasakatuparan at pinapaigting sa buong lalawigan ng Quezon.

Layunin din ng ginanap na aktibidad na makabuo ng Supply Chain Management System kung saan pangangasiwaan ng LGUs ang ilang Vegetables project ng nasabing pamunuan na popondohan ng Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development (PCAARRD).

Sa pangunguna ng Provincial Health Office (PHO) at Department of Health, ginanap ngayong araw ng Martes, Setyembre 10 sa Queen Margarette Hotel, Lucena City ang β€œExcellence in Post-Bivalent Oral Polio Vaccine Supplemental Immunization Activity: Recognizing Stakeholders, Top Cities and Municipalities in Quezon Province.”

Layunin ng nasabing programa na magbigyang parangal ang mga Local Government Units (LGUs) na namamayagpag sa kagalingan sa serbisyong pangkalusugan. Gayundin bahagi sa layunin nito ang maisulong na mabakunahan lahat ng bata sa lalawigan ng Quezon upang makaiwas sa sakit na Polio.

Kabilang naman sa mga naipamahaging karangalan ang Community Leader Championing Immunization, Most Viewed Dance Video Award for Outstanding Public engagement on the OPV SIA Campaign, Frontline Achievement Award, BOPV SIA 65% Milestone Pioneer, Vaccination Champion Award, Immunization Achievement Award, Guardians of Public Health, at Quezon Province OPV SIA Excellence Award.

Isinagawa ngayong araw, Setyembre 10 ang β€œDisaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) and Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation (CCAM) in Child Protection, Salient Features of Republic Act (RA) 10821, Formulation of Comprehensive Emergency Program for Children and Child-Friendly Spaces” na ginanap sa St. Jude Coop Hotel and Event Center, Tayabas City.

Dinaluhan ito ng 56 kalahok na unang batch ng nasabing programa na mga nagmula sa iba’t-ibang bayan sa lalawigan gaya ng San Francisco, Tagkawayan, Quezon, Panukulan, Real, Mulanay, Catanauan, Perez, Burdeos, San Andres, Alabat, Polillo, Calauag, Patnanungan, Jomalig, Infanta, Guinyangan at General Luna.

Layunin ng ginanap na programa ang mapalakas pa ang kamalayan, kaligtasan at katatagan ng mga kabataan laban sa mga sakuna at pagbabago ng klima, kung kaya’t nagkaroon din ng talakayan ukol sa ilang paksang makatutulong para sa kanilang kapakanan tuwing panahon ng krisis.

Samantala, magpapatuloy naman ang pagsasanay para sa programang ito mula Setyembre 10-12 sa pangunguna ng Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO) gayundin ng Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (PDRRMO).

Sa aming unang pagtatanghal tunghayan natin ang Provincial Budget Office sa pamumuno ni Ginoong Diego M. Salas, na tatalakayin ang patungkol sa wastong proseso ng pag-gamit ng pondo ng lalawigan at kung saan ito napupunta.

Ginanap ngayong araw ng Martes ika-10 ng Setyembre ang pamamahagi ng 129 Patient Transport Vehicles (PTVs) sa mga Local Government Units( LGUs) sa pangunguna ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. katuwang ang Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) sa Quirino Grandstand, City of Manila.

Dinaluhan ni Governor Doktora Helen Tan ang nasabing programa kasama ang mga punong bayan mula sa iba’t ibang lalawigan.

Layunin ng programang ito na mapabilis ang pagresponde sa mga geographically isolated and disadvantaged areas (GIDAs).
