Qualifications:
1. Be a natural-born Filipino citizen;
2. Have at least an average weighted grade of 2.5 or better with no failing grade in any subject in an appropriate undergraduate program identified as a prerequisite for a Doctor of Medicine degree, from any HEI duly recognized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED);
3. Have earned an appropriate degree program with at least 3-unit course credit for each of the following courses:
a. Zoology and related courses
b. Chemistry and related courses; and
c. Research and related courses.
4. Have complied with all documentary requirements;
5. Have obtained a score of 65 or higher in the National Medical Admission Test (NMAT) taken within two years prior to application deadline;
6. Have no record of dropping from any medical school;
7. Have no record of conviction of crime involving moral turpitude and is a person of good moral character; and
8. Be physically and mentally fit.
