TINGNAN: Sa ikalawang pagkakataon, muling nakatanggap ng ‘Unmodified Opinion’ remarks mula sa Commission on Audit (COA) ang Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Quezon.
Ang nasabing remarks ay natanggap ng Lalawigan sa dalawang magkasunod na taon. Ito ay naglalarawan ng maayos na pamamahala ng limitadong pondo na ginagamit ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan sa paghahatid ng iba’t-ibang serbisyo na ang pangunahing layunin ay maingat ang antas ng buhay at mapunan ang mga pangangailangan ng bawat mamamayang Quezonian.

Ikaw ba ay nagmamay-ari ng Sari-sari store at nangangailangan ng pandagdag pangkabuhayan?

Kung oo, halinaโ€™t sumali sa STAN-Kabuhayan Livelihood Assistance Program na isa sa mga programa ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Quezon sa pangunguna ni Governor Doktora Helen Tan.

Upang makasali, narito ang mga kinakailangang gawin:

1. Kumpletuhin ang mga sumusunod na dokumento:

– Photocopy ng DTI Business Name Certificate

– Photocopy ng Barangay Permit o Mayorโ€™s Permit (kinakailangan ipresenta ang mga photocopy ng Brgy. permit o Mayorโ€™s permit mula sa taong 2023 at 2024 bilang patunay na 1 taon na ang operasyon ng iyong Sari-sari store)

– Printed copy ng Litrato ng Sari-sari store kasama ang may-ari ng tindahan

2. Ipasa ang photocopy ng mga dokumentong nabanggit sa pinakamalapit na STAN Satellite Office o DTI Negosyo Center sa inyong lugar mula July 3-14, 2024.

Mangyaring magdala ng alinman sa mga sumusunod na Valid IDs upang maberipika ang inyong pagkakakilanlan:

– National ID

– Solo Parent ID

– Senior Citizen ID

– TIN ID

– PWD ID

– at iba pang Government issued IDs

Samantala, priyoridad na mabigyan ang mga Sari-sari store owners na Senior Citizen, Solo Parents, Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) at Out-of-School youths ngunit maaari pa ring magpasa at mapili ang mga Sari-sari store owners na hindi nabibilang sa mga nabanggit na sektor.

Donn Kapunan, at Assistant Team Manager Benedicto Membrere ang NCAA 2024 Women Volleyball Champion mula sa College of St. Benilde na magiging manlalaro ng Quezon Tangerines na pangungunahan ng kanilang tagapagsanay na 3x NCAA Champion Coach Jerry Yee.
