Bilang mga lingkod-bayan, nakikiusap kami sa lahat na maging maagap sa pagpapagamot at pagpapabakuna laban sa sakit na ito. Mahalaga ang pagtutulungan ng lahat upang mapigilan ang pagkalat nito at pangalagaan ang kalusugan ng bawat isa. Ang Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Quezon at Provincial Health Office ay patuloy na tutugon at aaksyon upang mapigilan ang pagdami ng mga kaso ng Pertussis sa ating lalawigan. The premiere tactician of the then-Quezon Red Oilers in Liga Pilipinas and is now a UAAP champion coach with the DLSU Green Archers.

SPECIAL WEATHER OUTLOOK for SEMANA SANTA 2024

The Easterlies will be the dominant weather system throughout the outlook period, affecting the provinces of Quezon and Aurora by Tuesday (March 26).

For the rest of the outlook period (March 27 – 31), generally fair weather condition is expected over the whole country apart from isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly over the eastern section.

The public is advised to lessen their physical outdoor activities between 12:00 to 4:00 in the afternoon when temperatures are at their highest. Otherwise, drink water regularly, stay and rest in shaded areas from time to time, and wear light-colored clothing to avoid experiencing fatigue, heat cramps and heat exhaustion.

Official Gazette Memorandum Circular No. 45

Government office work is suspended on March 27, 2024, from 12:00 PM onwards, allowing employees to observe Maundy Thursday and Good Friday on March 28-29, 2024, and facilitating their travel to and from different regions in the country.

The suspension of work in private companies and offices is left to the discretion of their respective employers.
