A. ADMINISTRATIVE DIVISIO

B. ASSESSMENT RECORDS MANAGEMENT DIVISION

  4. Recording of borrowed/returned TD books for assessment of real property/ies and other assessment investigative operations purposes
  5. Registration and Numbering of issued Tax Declarations and Notice of Assessments
  6. Frontline Service Officer of the day (OD): Receives, reviews, checks, and endorses documentary requirements to other divisions accordingly
  7. Tax Declaration Research and verification

C. ASSESSMENT OPERATIONS EVALUATION DIVISION

  1. Assessment of Real Property and Issuance of TD/FAAs/ Notice of Assessment; Apply correct assessment level on appraised value of properties; determine effectivity of assessment; determine assessed value of properties
  2. Review and Checking of TDs/FAAs submitted by the Municipal Assessors of Quezon Province
  3. Recommending for the Approval of the prepared TD/ FAAs/ NOA
  4. Receive Monthly and Quarterly reports and Transmittal of Tax Declarations submitted by the Municipal Assessor subject for the approval of Provincial Assessor
  5. Receive and check Monthly/Quarterly Reports (eSRE compliance)of Tax declarations with Transmittal Forms submitted by the Municipal Assessors
  6. Prepare Transmittal Forms of Municipal copies of Tax Declarations/ FAAs/ Notice of Assessment
  7. Preparation/ Release of Resolution conducted by the Provincial Appraisal Committee for various LGUs appraisal concerns subject for acquisition
  8. Ocular Inspection for appraisal and assessment of real property/ ies and preparation of Appraisal Inspection Reports

D. ASSESSMENT STANDARD AND EXAMINATION DIVISION

  1. Assessment of Real Property and Issuance of TD/FAAs/ Notice of Assessment; Apply correct assessment level on appraised value of properties; determine effectivity of assessment; determine assessed value of properties
  2. Review and Checking of TDs/FAAs submitted by the Municipal Assessors of Quezon Province
  3. Recommending for the Approval of the prepared TD/ FAAs/ NOA
  4. Receive Monthly and Quarterly reports and Transmittal of Tax Declarations submitted by the Municipal Assessor subject for the approval of Provincial Assessor
  5. Receive and check Monthly/Quarterly Reports (eSRE compliance)of Tax declarations with Transmittal Forms submitted by the Municipal Assessors
  6. Prepare Transmittal Forms of Municipal copies of Tax Declarations/ FAAs/ Notice of Assessment
  7. Preparation/ Release of Resolution conducted by the Provincial Appraisal Committee for various LGUs appraisal concerns subject for acquisition
  8. Ocular Inspection for appraisal and assessment of real property/ ies and preparation of Appraisal Inspection Reports
  9. Conduct regular physical surveys and determine whether all real properties within the province are properly assessed
  10. Extend regular technical assistance to Municipal Assessors pertaining to assessment of real properties
  11. Coordinate and supervise real property assessment activities of Municipal Assessors
  12. Conduct continuous surveys and research in prevailing market values of different classes of land
  13. Conduct continuous surveys and research price trends of construction materials and labor

E. PROPERTY VALUATION AND EXAMINATION DIVISION

  1. Assessment of Real Property and Issuance of TD/FAAs/ Notice of Assessment; Apply correct assessment level on appraised value of properties; determine effectivity of assessment; determine assessed value of properties
  2. Review and Checking of TDs/FAAs submitted by the Municipal Assessors of Quezon Province
  3. Recommending for the Approval of the prepared TD/ FAAs/ NOA
  4. Receive Monthly and Quarterly reports and Transmittal of Tax Declarations submitted by the Municipal Assessor subject for the approval of Provincial Assessor
  5. Receive and check Monthly/Quarterly Reports (eSRE compliance)of Tax declarations with Transmittal Forms submitted by the Municipal Assessors

F. TAX MAPPING OPERATIIONS DIVISION

  1. Secure base maps from the Bureau of Lands, Ministry of Agrarian Reforms, Land Registration Commission, private geodetics engineers, and other sources
  2. Prepare Pre-Tax Mapping Control Roll and Field Copies of tax declarations
  3. Conduct field inspection for identification of property location ownership, classification and improvements
  4. Prepare Municipal/ District Index Maps, Barangay Index Maps, Section Index Maps, and Tax Maps
  5. Prepare final Tax Mapping Control Roll
  6. Assign Property Index Number (PIN) to each property
  7. Act as custodian of original copies of Municipal/ District Index Maps, Barangay Index Maps, Section Index Maps, Tax Maps, Tax Mapping Control Rolls, etc.
  8. Review, update, maintain Tax Maps, Tax Mapping Control Roll, and other Index Maps
  9. Coordinate with Appraisal and Assessment Operations Divisions on matters relative to property location, area improvements, ownership, and Property Index Number
  10. Plotting of Title/ Approved Plans with Corresponding Technical Descriptions
  11. Scanning of Cadastral Maps, Tax Maps, and other mapping documents
  12. Tax mapping, records research, verification, and assistance services for clientele and agencies
