4th Provincial Health Board Meeting | April 30, 2025
The Provincial Health Board successfully convened its 4th Provincial Health Board Meeting on April 29, 2025, via the Zoom platform.
The meeting was presided over by Dr. Kris Conrad M. Mangunay, PHO I, and was attended by Municipal Mayors, Municipal Health Officers (MHOs), representatives from the Quezon Provincial DOH Office (QPDOHO), and other key stakeholders.
Key agendas discussed during the meeting included the Establishment of Clinical Laboratories in Primary Care Facilities, PuroKalusugan Program of DOH, and invitation for the upcoming International Nurses Day Celebration.
During the session, the board approved a resolution enjoining the Provincial Government of Quezon and all its component Local Government Units (LGUs) to allow nurses to participate in the International Nurses Day Celebration as Official Time, in recognition of their invaluable contributions to public health.
This resolution reflects the province’s ongoing commitment to supporting healthcare professionals and improving healthcare delivery across Quezon.
